Q 写真の商品が届きますか: A 当店で掲載している植物は、全て実際にお送りする実物のお写真です。ですが、生き物ですので日々変化がございます。ご希望がございましたら、本日のお写真をお送りいたしますのでお気軽にお問い合わせください。 ※器(陶器鉢・フラワーベースなど)単体の商品に関しましては、釉薬の具合や色味など個体差があるため、お写真と若干異なる場合がございます。 ※お任せギフトの商品はイメージ写真になります。

Q 返品・交換はできますか？: A 商品到着時に傷みや破損等の不具合があった場合、到着から2週間以内に枯れてしまった場合、下記いずれかの対応を行います。【返品・返金】お客様に商品をご返送いただき、状態を確認後、お客様のお口座に商品代金を返金させていただきます。【交換】お客様に商品をご返送いただき、状態を確認後、同一(個体差あり)の商品をお送りさせていただきます。 ※ 商品到着後の破損やお客様の過失による返品や交換はお受けできません。
